Having launched the first iteration of his marketing firm back in 2010/2011 (then named intelligentMKTG ), which he used as an outlet to blog and consult on creative marketing strategy, he soon immersed himself deep into the corporate grind to gain further skills and exposure. Sean now proudly holds a long career of experience as a marketing executive in the Casino Entertainment and Hospitality industry working in the unique and diverse verticals of CRM innovation, casino marketing strategy, sales acceleration, database and direct marketing, and digital marketing product ownership. A graduate of the UNLV Lee Business school with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and minor studies in Advertising, Sean has been afforded the opportunity to be at the forefront of enterprise digital transformation throughout his career and has gained a wide breadth of knowledge and experience as an internal consultant working with key business stakeholders and technical teams building innovative marketing capabilities and business process solutions. As a trained and certified Agilest, Sean also believes in never letting perfection get in the way of progress, continuous improvement and delivering “speed to market” for clients and customers. Additionally, as a self confessed creative, Sean uses is studies in Advertising to consult on brand development and branding strategy.
A devoted father and loving husband to, son Elijah, daughter Gianna “Gigi”, and wife/bestfriend/business partner Ashley. Sean nerds out to “MarTech”, confesses to be an OG in any and all things vintage sneaker and basketball culture, loves to listen to “Golden Era” hip-hop and enjoys traveling with his family. Sean also proudly serves as Managing Partner over Business Development and Marketing Strategy for Heart To Heart LLC, a women’s empowerment platform owned and operated by his wife Ashley!
